I've put Dan's hypertext documentation from the tar file into the web.

Note there is now a list of tools for information providers
(.../WWW/Tools/Overbiew.html) on the web too.
If anyone has any tools, server scripts, etc which aren't on there then
mail me with the source and I'll put them up as examples and inspiration
to those who follow.
